· The User acknowledges that message and data rates may apply. Capital Direct Insurance Services is not responsible for any charges incurred by the User.
· The User acknowledges that they may receive up to 1-2 messages per week.
· The User may opt-out of the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” to any Message received.
· Capital Direct Insurance Services will promptly stop sending Messages to the User upon receipt of the opt-out request.
· Disclaimer of Liability: Capital Direct Insurance Services will not be liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by the use of the SMS service.
· The User assumes all risks and responsibility for the use of the SMS service.

Capital Direct Insurance Services sends informational and promotional SMS messages related to insurance products and services, including updates on policy options, quotes, renewals, and agency news.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (602) 641-2332. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
